Returns Policy
We strive to ensure that all our customers are delighted with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition. We cannot accept returns of opened or used essential oils due to health and safety regulations.
Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned product.
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the return delivery costs.
Return Process
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at hello@saxorganics.co.uk.
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service for your return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
